Description: This document sets forth an agreement between a publisher and a songwriter. The songwriter agrees to work exclusively for the publisher for a set amount of time. The songwriter agrees to assign, transfer and grant all rights and interests to results and proceeds of the songwriter’s services and the agreement provides a list of the rights granted. There is also a royalty provision that sets forth the percent commission the songwriter shall be compensated. This agreement can be customized to fit the needs of the drafting parties.
